Prince Gichaga King’ori is a highly skilled and dedicated Advocate with a passion for the legal profession. Admitted as an Advocate in 2023, he has gained experience handling corporate and commercial transa ctions on behalf of our corporate clients including a Kenya shilling 100 million transaction for sale of shares in a renowned pharmaceutical company in Kenya. He has also been primed for complex litigation and dispute resolution matters and has represented our clients successfully in two Court of Appeal matters in 2024. King’ori has a passion for legal research, which has been nurtured by his training and acade mic background pursuing a Master of Laws degree in International Economic Law. He is also a pro bo no lead researcher for the Centre for Clinical Legal Research on Sustainable Development, a think – tank established by the University of Cape Town in collaboration with Kenyatta University and the University of Nigeria. King’ori has also been handling conve yancing transactions on behalf of our clients including banks and corporations
