Triza Bande is a Kenyan legal professional who was admitted to the Kenyan bar in 2024.

She began her legal career as a pupil at Naomi & Kilemi Advocates, where she gained valuable experience in real estate, conveyancing, dispute resolution, and commercial practice. During her tenure, she was involved in major property developments, including Lifestyle Heights in Tatu City and Northland Heights Apartments, where she supported transactional documentation, regulatory compliance, and client advisory services.

She currently heads our Conveyancing Department where she oversees complex property transactions and manages complex real estate and conveyancing briefs for our individual and corporate clients. Her work is characterized by professionalism, precision, and a commitment to delivering efficient, client-focused legal solutions.

Beyond her professional role, Triza is passionate about mentorship and community engagement. She serves as a community leader, mentoring young people to pursue purpose, discipline, and excellence in their personal and professional lives.
